We want concerns resolved fairly. Send a written cancellation or refund request to [email protected] with your order number, service, reason, and supporting information.
Before work starts
If we have not started the service or committed money to a third party, amounts paid are generally eligible for refund. Unavoidable third-party or payment-processing costs may be deducted only where permitted by law and disclosed in the refund calculation.
After work starts
If you cancel after work has begun, any refund will normally be limited to the uncompleted portion of the agreed scope, less the reasonable value of completed work and non-recoverable third-party commitments. We will explain the calculation.
Completed or delivered work
Completed, accepted, published, transferred, downloaded, or actively used digital work is generally non-refundable. This does not apply where a refund or another remedy is required by law, where an agreed service was not supplied, or where a material defect remains uncorrected after a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
Recurring and third-party services
- Social media management may be cancelled before the next billing period. Work already delivered or underway for the current period is not normally refundable.
- Domain registrations, hosting, software licences, advertising spend, influencer fees, stock assets, and guest-post publisher fees are non-refundable after commitment unless the third-party provider issues a refund or the law requires otherwise.
- If we cancel without client breach, we will refund the unearned portion after completed work and authorized third-party costs.
Processing and statutory rights
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation, refund, quality, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable, Ontario rules for internet agreements may provide additional remedies. See the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
